5th GPCE Young Researchers Workshop
2003 |
In conjunction with
Net.ObjectDays 2003
Date and Time
The workshop took place on Thursday, September 25, 2003
from 10.15 a.m. to 5 p.m. (3 slots of 90 minutes) in conjunction with the
NetObjectDays 2003.
Aims and Objectives
After the great success of the 4th GCSE Young Researchers Workshop
(see
http://dawis.informatik.uni-essen.de/site/events/Node_YRW2002/index.html) this workshop which is
traditionally held in conjunction with the Net.ObjectDays
(http://www.netobjectdays.org)
and GPCE (former GCSE, see http://gpce.org/GPCE03/)
was aiming again at providing a platform for young european and international researchers
to present their work. The presentations were commented by experienced panelists.
This year again, the workshop was extremely successful and presenters received invaluable
feedback from the panelists.
The workshop definitely serves as a forum for the participants to get in contact with other
researchers in the field and to become familiar with other approaches and future research
topics.
